Account Executive — Environmental Monitoring Technology
Air pollution is the world’s largest environmental health risk. Every spike has a source — and EMSOL is the technology that finds it. Our platform doesn’t just monitor emissions; it identifies exactly who or what is causing them, giving organisations the evidence to act. From Guy’s Hospital to the London Underground, construction sites to city streets, we turn invisible pollution into clear, targeted action.
We’re hiring an Account Executive to join our small commercial team and help grow that impact across construction and environmental compliance. This is a hybrid sales and account management role — you’ll own your client relationships end-to-end, from winning new business through to renewals, reporting and expansion.
We’re not looking for someone who needs to be taught how to sell. We want an experienced operator with genuine curiosity about our market, who wants to use their B2B sales skills for something that actually makes a difference to the air people breathe.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, with a focus on construction and environmental compliance — sectors where pollution is a daily operational reality and our technology delivers measurable results
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts: renewals, upsells, reporting, review meetings and ongoing engagement. Your accounts won’t just be names on a list — you’ll know their sites, their challenges and their targets
- Run product demonstrations and lead consultative sales conversations with sustainability, procurement and estates decision-makers
- Get on site when it matters — hard hat and high viz provided — to discuss projects, equipment siting and support our installation engineers with contacts and access
- Contribute to emissions data tagging and client reporting using the EMSOL platform — building the insights that drive our clients’ decisions
- Work closely with our CEO, CTO and fellow Account Executive in a collaborative team where your contribution has a direct and visible impact
Who We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years in B2B sales or account management, ideally in technology, SaaS or IoT
- Proven track record against revenue targets in a startup or scale-up environment
- Comfortable selling to enterprise and public sector clients with multi-stakeholder processes
- Strong commercial skills: proposals, pricing, negotiation, pipeline management
- Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives with autonomy
Sector experience in construction, environmental services, air quality, sustainability or environmental/engineering consultancies is a strong advantage — but the right person with genuine curiosity about our market will also thrive here.

Freelance Installation Partners – Environmental Monitoring Systems
EMSOL is expanding its national network of installation partners to support the deployment of our air quality monitoring technology across the UK.
Our monitoring systems are used by organisations including hospitals, construction contractors and infrastructure operators to identify and reduce pollution. As demand for our technology grows, we are seeking experienced installation engineers and specialist installation companies to support site deployments.
This opportunity is well-suited to engineers or companies with experience installing CCTV systems, telecom equipment, monitoring devices or electrical infrastructure.
Who We Are Looking For
We are interested in partnering with engineers or installation companies who have experience working with technical equipment and installations.
Ideally, you will have:
-CSCS card (for construction site access)
– experience installing CCTV, telecom or electrical equipment
– ECS card or electrical qualification
– your own vehicle, ladder and basic installation tools
– public liability insurance
– strong attention to safety and site procedures
